Preventative Maintenance for Homeowners in Grand Rapids

Structured Home Maintenance & Stability Support in Grand Rapids, MI

Grand Rapids’ only quarterly home maintenance subscription. Proactive care for homeowners, older adults aging in place, and the families supporting them.

What Is the Titan Home Stability Program?

Most homeowners wait for something to break before calling for help. The Titan Home Stability Program flips that model. We visit your home every quarter — four times a year — to inspect, adjust, repair, and document. You get a trained set of eyes on your home on a consistent schedule, and the peace of mind that comes with knowing nothing is quietly getting worse in a corner you haven’t checked.

Every visit follows a structured scope. Every visit produces a written home health report. And over time, you build a documented maintenance record that has real value — whether you’re aging in place, managing a property, or eventually planning to sell.

What’s Included in Every Quarterly Visit

  • Safety and function checks — doors, windows, locks, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and stair handrails
  • Minor repairs and adjustments within the defined scope: tightening hardware, lubricating hinges, re-caulking sinks and tubs, adjusting cabinet doors
  • Exterior walkaround for visible issues like caulk gaps, drainage concerns, or seasonal wear
  • Written Home Health Report documenting what was inspected, adjusted, repaired, and flagged for future attention

If something is found that’s outside the scope of a stability visit — a plumbing issue, electrical work, or structural concern — Isaac will document it and give you an honest assessment of what to do next, including a referral to the right trade if needed.

Who the Program Is For

Older adults aging in place

Quarterly visits mean safety hazards, accessibility concerns, and minor wear are addressed before they become falls, accidents, or expensive repairs. Many families enroll aging parents in the program as a way to keep a responsible eye on the home without having to be there themselves.

Busy homeowners

If you have a demanding career, a young family, or simply a full life, the program takes an entire category of stress off your plate. You don’t have to manage a to-do list, remember what was last checked, or scramble when something goes sideways.

Homeowners focused on long-term property value

A home that has been consistently maintained — and has the records to prove it — is a stronger asset. The home health reports become a running log of your home’s condition over time.

For Families Supporting Aging Parents

If you live out of town or can’t be at your parents’ home as often as you’d like, the Stability Program offers structured, documented oversight from a trusted local professional — not just a one-time fix, but an ongoing relationship with someone who knows the home and is invested in its safety.

After every visit, we can provide family summaries upon request. You’ll know what was checked, what was adjusted, and what to keep an eye on—without having to be there.

Senior Home Support Services

As part of both the Stability Program and one-time visits, Titan provides senior-focused home support designed to reduce fall risk, improve accessibility, and extend independent living.

Schedule a Stability Consultation

A stability consultation is a short, structured conversation to confirm fit and recommend the right tier—Watch, Support, or Shield. We’ll ask a few questions about the home, the household, and the type of oversight that would be most helpful.
